Shipping & Delivery
Currently, orders placed on can only be shipped to mailing addresses in the continental U.S. Customers have the option of selecting standard or expedited delivery via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or Federal Express (FedEx), and will be responsible for shipping costs, unless otherwise noted. For in-stock products, orders will typically be processed within one (1) business day, and sent out for shipment within two (2) business days after order processing has been completed. Confirmation of order shipment will be sent via e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the customer. In the situation that an unusual delay might be incurred in the customer order shipment, an e-mail notification will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer. Depending on the shipment method selected by the customer, deliveries may or may not be possible to post office box (P.O. Box) addresses.

Returns & Replacements
Verdant Community Inc. strives for complete customer satisfaction with every transaction. In the unlikely event of an error in the fulfillment of your order placed on, Verdant Community Inc. will work with you to quickly correct such error. Any product issues related to a manufacturing defect, should be addressed with the specific manufacturer. For any damage to your order incurred during the shipping process, should be addressed by the carrier as each shipment is insured for the value of the product(s). Please contact Verdant Community Inc. prior to making any returns for approval and a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number at - please remember to provide your order #, and an explanation of the issue.

Updating Account Information
Customers who set-up an account with can make a number of changes to their account from the Account Dashboard, such as new password, billing or shipping addresses, credit card information (if provided), etc.
